De wereldberoemde Endodontoloog Dr. L. Stephen Buchanan komt vanuit de Verenigde Staten over naar Belgie en Nederland voor een exclusieve cursus van de door Buchanan ontwikkelde endo vijlen van het merk miniKUT. Our reinvention of Endodontic Instrumentation and 3D Obturation has preceded us so far, leaving the final leg of conventional RCT-irrigation to be improved at this time through the torrent of new science and technology being applied to that most-important aspect of endodontic therapy.”
“Dr Buchanan’s presentation will dissect the debates about Ninja access cavities, leaving attendees with a firm understanding of where tooth structure can be easily preserved without needless loss of convenience form or the treated tooth’s structural integrity. He will demonstrated through clinical video footage how newly designed rotary files can be used to negotiate canals as the first file to length, eliminating the majority of hand file negotiation procedures, he will also elucidate strategies for single-file shaping without expensive reciprocating instruments.”

Over Dr. L. Stephen Buchanan
Dr. Buchanan werd in 1986 de eerste tandarts die micro-CT technologie gebruikte om de complexiteit van de wortelstructuur in detail te laten zien. In 1989 richtte hij Dental Education Laboratories op en bouwde vervolgens een ultramodern onderwijslaboratorium dat zich toelegt op hands-on endodontische trainingen en opleidingen, waar hij nog steeds lesgeeft. Via Dental Education Laboratories geeft Dr. Buchanan over de hele wereld lezingen en deelnamecursussen, publiceert hij talloze artikelen en heeft hij een bekroonde videoserie, ‘The Art of Endodontics’. Naast deze activiteiten, bezit Dr. Buchanan een aantal patenten voor tandheelkundige instrumenten en technieken, waaronder de serie endo vijlen van miniKUT.
